“Climate change” finally appears in the mainstream media

Mainstream media’s barrier of climate silence may finally have been breached… by Sandy.

Bloomberg Businessweek has gone and done it. With the blunt, no-nonsense cover, Businessweek dared state with certainty what so many media outlets have nervously danced around in their coverage of Superstorm Sandy.

The cover of this week’s issue is a picture of the darkened New York skyline beneath a huge headline that fills the cover: It’s Global Warming, Stupid.
