Seattle Times Op Ed on Proposed Cherry Point Terminal

Huge coal-export terminal needs rigorous environmental, health and traffic reviews:

Seattle Times Editorial Columnist Lance Dickie describes why “[s]tatewide impacts of a huge coal-export terminal proposed for Whatcom County must receive the broadest possible environmental, health and traffic scrutiny. Even the job forecasts should be audited.”  Seattle Times, March 29, 2012.
